Matt Krumins knows how difficult it used to be to find a camera that does everything required - and produce super high resolution files as well. Files that are sharper than a crocodile's teeth! Photographed with the latest Fujifilm GFX100S II.

As travel photographers know only too well, our cameras have to meet the demands of a huge range of different subjects. One moment we need a long telephoto and a fast frame rate to capture wildlife, the next  we’re shooting a festival in low light, followed by an architectural study that needs to be perfectly square. Or perhaps we want to capture an emotive portrait with super shallow depth-of-field or the most amazing landscape with sharp focus from the foreground to infinity.

Okay, so there are other camera systems like Fujifilm’s own X-Series that can do all this, but do they offer a high resolution, 102-megapixel file with breathtaking clarity and definition? Looking at the history of large format cameras, never before has there been a camera system so versatile and easy to use as the latest Fujifilm GFX100S II.

And the key point is easy to use. Not only is the GFX100S II small and portable (there are full frame cameras that are heavier and larger), it’s the range of superb Fujinon lenses that transform the GFX100S II into the hub of a perfect system that really can do it all. There are telephoto lenses for sport and wildlife, tilt-shift lenses for architecture, wide-aperture prime lenses for street and portraiture and ultra wide-angles with incredible depth-of-field for landscapes.

Inside the GFX100S II is an incredibly responsive autofocus system with subject tracking, a fast frame rate and an 8-stop IBIS system, so you can handhold the camera in most situations and still be guaranteed of capturing super sharp, super detailed files.

The photography world has changed with the Fujifilm GFX system. Perhaps it’s time to have another look.
